About BareTerms

I built BareTerms after signing UK agreements I didn't fully understand.

Why I built this

BareTerms was built out of personal experience. I had signed agreements and only later realised I had not truly understood what I was committing to. The terms were all there in black and white, set out in language that felt hard to follow.

I built BareTerms because I didn't want anyone else to feel that way. Agreements are written by lawyers for the companies issuing them. The people signing them are rarely given the same advantage. BareTerms exists to close that gap for everyone, regardless of background, experience or confidence with complex documents.

BareTerms explains what your agreement says. What you do with that is entirely up to you.

No kickbacks, referral fees, or commissions from any product provider. No commercial relationship changes the analysis. BareTerms products are ad-free.

Plain English that anyone can follow. No jargon. No complexity.

Private and secure.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Raw agreements are never stored. Only scrubbed, structured data is retained.
